Star Haven was an indie project of Bevan McShea. The songs were personal and spiritual reflections expressed in celestial and mystical metaphors, while keepin the working class and urban ethic of traditional singer songwriting alive. The subject matter ranges from dealing with personal loss to astronomical phenomenon to the civilization of Atlantis with a central theme of Christ's Love and Appearance. Starhaven laid the foundation for The Phoenix Veil project.
