Ghouls Against Boys

Ghouls Against Boys was born on Halloween night in Southwest Philadelphia's "Code Space." It was the venue's first ever performance. The positve reaction to the unique one man punk band that played distorted power chords over electro beats started waves in the underground "Horror Punk" sub genre. The songs that were intended for the one live performance were recorded and leaked through the internet, where Ghouls Against Boys started to have a strong cult following, especially in Florida and the midwest. These songs and more became "Creature Crunch" which producer Lightborn could only describe as a new genre "Monster Cereal Rock." A Ghouls Against Boys demo version of the song "Frankenbery Deth" was used on the international compilation "The Horror of It All Volume 2." McDoom, who was Ghouls Against Boys frontman, reportedly fell into seclusion and mild psychosis immediately after the release of the album and was institutionalized for a half a year at Arkham Aslum. He repotedly escaped on a field trip to a crayon factory and moved to a remote village in Romania. No one has heard from McDoom since, but he supposedly writes postcards to Lightborn from Romania, and has plans to create his own cereal line.
